#2 (75.33) Brett Detmar vs. #3 (71.50) Kyle Jansma

Awards and Notes: Champion – 2 (2016, 2017), Mr. Leroy – 1 (2016), Pitcher of Year – 1 (2016), Owner of Year – 1 (2016), Ironman – 1 (2016), All Leroy – 2 (2016, 2017), All Salary – 2 (2015, 2016), All Iron – 2 (2016, 2017), All Pitching – 4 (2014-2017), Experience – 4 (2014-2017), All Star – 4 (2014-2017).  Brett has been a huge factor for Leroy not even on the field, but off it.  I big help to events, recruitment, field maintenance, and anything else that needs to be done.  He is also 4-0 in 4 games played in National Tournament Games.

Kyle Jansma:

Awards and Notes: All Leroy – 3 (2014, 2016, 2017), All Iron – 3 (2014-2016), All Salary – 1 (2017), All Batting – 3 (2015-2017), All Star – 4 (2014-2017), Experience – 4 (2014-2017).  Kyle Jansma added to his resume this year leading the Dutch Ovens to a #2 seed going into the playoffs.  He has been a consistent fixture in the league through its entirety.  The one thing holding him back is he has never even made it to a championship series in any of the 4 years he played.  He and his wife welcomed their first child into the world a couple weeks after the season.  We hope to see Zander make an appearance in Leroy in 2018!
